Our Training Services

At Tiny Dog Rules, the priority is results-driven training for small dogs. Whether you're dealing with early-stage puppy development or correcting long-standing behavioral issues in an adult dog, the approach is structured, intentional, and specifically designed for the unique challenges of toy breeds. This isn’t generic dog training—it’s targeted, small-breed-specific guidance built for real-life outcomes.

Please note: At this time, we are only accepting a very limited number of clients. Our focus is currently on our breeding program and the development of our online curriculum, so in-person training opportunities are extremely limited.

Initial Consultation - $60

This initial appointment is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your goals, expectations and the specific training you are seeking. It's a chance to get to know one another, ensure we're a good fit as a trainer-client team, and determine if your dog is well-suited to my training approach. Within a week of the consultation, you'll receive a written training plan with recommendations and a detailed cost breakdown.

👉 Perfect for new clients or those needing help deciding where to begin.

Temperament Evaluation — $225

This is a comprehensive evaluation designed to provide a full picture of your dog’s behavior across various scenarios and in response to different stimuli. It is especially well-suited for rescue dogs with unknown histories or dogs experiencing significant anxiety and insecurity. The evaluation takes place over several hours, spread across multiple days. After the temperament assessment, you'll receive a detailed written report and customized training plan to help you address your dog’s specific challenges.

👉 Note: If you opt for this evaluation, the initial consultation fee will be waived.

Puppy Day Camp – $200/week (1 daily visit) or $375/week (2 daily visits)

This option is exclusively for puppies and is ideal for busy, working families who need help with daily potty breaks while at work. While many people hire a dog walker for this, it’s a perfect opportunity to bring in a trainer and start establishing a foundation for your puppy’s future. We offer up to two visits per day, five days a week, and will focus on basic commands tailored to your puppy’s needs. Please note: this is not a permanent training solution. It will lay the groundwork, but ongoing training will be necessary to build upon this foundation.

👉 Available to local clients only. Limited availability.

Board & Train – Not Currently Offered

At this time, my board and train program is on pause. I hope to bring it back in the future when the timing aligns with our home and program structure.
